How it works:
The bottle water dispensing system was designed to pump water from a commercially available 5-gallon water bottle.
The heart of the system is the pump module that automatically adjusts the flow and pressure to fill an appliance or faucet, and stops automatically.
The wand has a built in back-flow preventor value that prevents water in the system from flowing back into the bottle, or spilling while changing bottles.
Wen the suction wand is inserted into the 5-gallon bottle, it will activate the float switch on the end of the wand and turn on the pump.This same float switch shuts off the system when the bottle is empty.
The system will deliver the water under pressure to an individual drinking water faucet, the water inlet of a refrigerator to the icemaker and chilled drinking water tap, and to certain commercial coffee/tee brewers.

The VCMX-20ULST features a 1/30 HP high performance motor with patent-pending cooling design to increases pump life. The oil-resistant tank and check valve eliminates the problem of cracked tanks with exposure to oil. The pump also features a 1/4 turn check valve which allows servicing without removal of tubing. This feature helps to eliminate water spills. This pump includes a mounting bracket for easy installation, a safety switch, a 6 foot power cord, and 20 feet of tubing. The pump’s rubber feet absorb vibration on hard surface installations and its slimmer footprint size offers flexibility in tight spaces. The VCMX-20ULST pumps 84 GPH at a discharge head of one foot.

This listing is for a boost pump for water supply to a Reverse Osmosis water system. It is to increase the water supply pressure from 40 psi to 60 psi for RO systems that is 75GPD or smaller. Larger capacity RO should use 8852 pump instead. Also this pump is NOT for output boosting, or line boosting. If you want to increase output pressure of a RO system to ice maker or refrigerator, use 5851 pump instead. If you don’t know what you need. Please ask before you buy.
